Gloucestershire foodies won't want to miss the chance to ask journalist, food critic, broadcaster and Masterchef: Battle of the Critics 2023 champion, Jay Rayner, their burning questions when he comes to Gloucester this May 2024.

Gloucester Guildhall is hosting a live recording of his BBC Radio 4 panel show 'The Kitchen Cabinet' on Wednesday 8 May 2024, allowing audiences to put their culinary questions to Jay and a panel of experts.

Described by the BBC as 'witty, fast-moving and irreverent, but packed full of information that may well change the way you think about cooking', the Gloucester show is discussing skins — animal and vegetable — and gelato, though ticketholders can ask the panel anything they'd like about food and drink.

The recording takes place at 7pm on Wednesday 8 May 2024 and tickets are strictly limited on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum of two tickets per request.

Hopefuls can apply for a spot in the audience via the BBC Shows and Tours website.
