News – One of Cheltenham’s newest hotels celebrated its one year anniversary this month, marking the occasion with a spangly new illuminated sign and a few new customer experiences to boot.

While Dunalley Street passers-by can’t fail to have noticed the Express by Holiday Inn Cheltenham’s bright new beacon of a sign, what they might not have known is that it marked the hotel’s one year anniversary.

Inside the 3-star hotel, guests can now expect a choice of pillows and a ‘revitalised shower experience’, no less, while the hotel management also say other notable changes include a more efficient check-in process and a ‘Stay Real’ culture aimed at treating guests as real people.

The hotel’s general manager Jason Hiley said: ‘We are extremely proud of the achievements in the first trading year. With the significant changes in our hallmarks and service culture, we are confident our customers will receive the best value for money experiences in the area.’

Located just a stone’s throw away from The Brewery’s Apres, Burger Burger and Mango, not to mention Cineworld Cheltenham, here’s hoping the Cheltenham hotel enjoys many more birthdays to come.
