New Year’s Eve at the Speech House

The Speech House in the Forest of Dean will be hosting a New Year’s Eve black tie gala dinner this year, with entertainment including a casino, magician, ceilidh with band and caller, as well as fireworks at midnight, and tickets costing £79.95.

The menu includes highlights such as red onion and goats cheese tartlet with balsamic dressing, champagne sorbet,
leg of lamb steak cooked in an orange and honey sauce with roasted root vegetables and potato croquette, and dark chocolate marquise with mulled fruit.
