New Year's Eve at Ellenborough Park
For a luxurious Cheltenham New Year’s Eve you’ll never forget, check into Ellenborough Park and see in 2012 with a bang.
Cheltenham’s newest and most prestigious hotel Ellenborough Park will be hosting its first New Year’s Eve celebrations this December, and is set to mark the special occasion in lavish style.
Guests are invited to stay for two nights, arriving on either Friday 30 or Saturday 31 December 2011, giving plenty of time for all to relax and get into the party spirit.
On New Year’s Eve there will be a champagne and canapé reception, followed by a seven-course dinner in the stunning oak-panelled Beaufort Dining Room – with highlights from the menu including a terrine of cod and parsley wrapped in smoked salmon with pan-friend king scallop and carrot salsa; roast fillet and braised blade of beef with baby vegetables, fondant potato and parsnip puree; as well as Ellenborough’s grand dessert selection.
Evening entertainment will be provided by 14-piece swing ensemble, The Pete Long Big Bang, and guests can also look forward to a piper and fireworks at midnight complete with a hot toddy and bacon rolls.
If checking out on New Year’s Day, there will also be a special extended brunch and late checkout.
Promising lashings of luxury, this is one New Year’s Eve celebration you won’t forget.
