Pied Piper Appeal Celebration of Christmas
5 December – Enjoy some great music, have a sing song and raise funds for a worthwhile cause during The Pied Piper Appeal’s Celebration of Christmas at Tewkesbury Abbey.
On Wednesday 5 December, local charity The Pied Piper Appeal will be hosting their annual Celebration of Christmas, with a special music and carols event being held at Tewkesbury Abbey.
The evening event is scheduled to run from 7.30pm to 9.15pm, including special guest Charlie Stayt from the BBC. The Chorus Felum, Churchdown Male Voice Choir and Tewkesbury Town Band will also be in attendance, helping to ensure the celebrations get underway in true seasonal style.
There will be plenty of opportunity to sing along to the line-up of popular festive music and carols, and this year’s event promises to be a fitting start to the Christmas season.
Tickets cost £8 in advance or £8.50 on the door and are available from The Pied Piper Appeal office on 08454 226119, from the Tewkesbury Abbey Shop on (01684) 276655 or from the Peter Hickman Hair Salon in Tewkesbury on (01684) 297860.
Funds raised will be used in The Pied Piper Appeal’s work in caring for sick children in Gloucestershire by providing child-friendly equipment to aid their recovery.
