Tewkesbury Halloween Ghost Walk

Event ended

Brave souls from across Gloucestershire will be flocking to the town of Tewkesbury for the annual Halloween Ghost Walk.

Are you brave enough to take part in the Tewkesbury Halloween Ghost Walk?
Are you brave enough to take part in the Tewkesbury Halloween Ghost Walk?

On Saturday 31 October 2009, only the very bravest will dare to join the ever-popular annual Halloween Ghost Walk in Tewkesbury, as visitors are guided on a hair-raising tour through the alleyways and hidden burial grounds of the town.

Those who have survived the event in previous years have reported seeing ghostly apparitions which have sent a shiver down everyone’s spine.

Whether or not you believe in things that go bump in the night – head to this year’s Tewkesbury Halloween Ghost Walk and you can expect to hear plenty of tales of creepy goings on as you are guided around the historic town by a local expert on the paranormal.

The walk will take in various parts of the town centre and the Norman Tewkesbury Abbey, promising to include tales of black dogs, unhappy lovers and ghostly drummers, plus fascinating snippets about the town’s history.
