The dinosaurs exhibitions is great. My youngest and I are big fans of the series so it was nice to see the models up close...

Ghost walks in Cheltenham

Event ended

Cheltenham’s history will be given a spooky twist this Halloween, on one of the haunting ghost walks taking place in the town centre and the village of Prestbury.

Take a stroll around the spooky spa town Cheltenham and haunted village of Prestbury when the sun goes down.
Take a stroll around the spooky spa town Cheltenham and haunted village of Prestbury when the sun goes down.

For a terrifyingly interesting trip through local history, gather your courage and embark on one of the ghost walks being organised in Cheltenham and the haunted village of Prestbury this Halloween.

On Friday 30 October 2009, from 7.30pm, the very bravest will be meeting outside the Cheltenham Tourist Information Centre to hear some of the most ghoulish tales seeping through the spa town’s history told out loud, on the leisurely evening walk.

On Thursday 29 and Saturday 31 October 2009, as well as Sunday 1 November 2009, from 7.30pm, a second dose of deliciously devilish stories will be heard echoing through the haunted village of Prestbury, when the courageous gather at the Prestbury House Hotel for a ghost-hunting stroll around the village’s most spooky sights.
