Morgan Centenary Festival in Cheltenham
2 August 2009 – The Morgan Centenary Festival 2009 will be driving into Cheltenham Racecourse this summer to celebrate 100 years of the fine motor car.
As part of the 100 years of Morgan celebrations taking place across the country in 2009, a Morgan Centenary Festival will be taking place from Saturday 1 to Sunday 2 August 2009 at Cheltenham Racecourse.
The two days of motor-inspired events are set to include auto solos, pit stop and driving challenges, motorcycle display teams, as well as family entertainment, exhibitions, a steam fair. There will also be two outdoor evening concerts taking place.
On Saturday 1 August 2009, organisers say the event will be ending with a rock concert starring One Night with Queen supported by The Rolling Clones. While on Sunday 2 August 2009, the weekend event will see an evening Proms-style concert starring ESO English Symphony Orchestra and soprano Natasha Marsh.

Times: 10am to 11pm on the Saturday and 10am to 10pm on the Sunday
