New Brewery Arts

Cirencester's New Brewery Arts aims to connect the community with craft, offering free entry, inspiring exhibitions, the chance to see craftspeople at work and regular workshops.

New Brewery Arts is a free-to-visit venue in Cirencester, hosting a programme of thought-provoking exhibitions throughout the year, as well as offering visitors the chance to see local craftspeople at work.

With some of the finest makers in Gloucestershire taking up residence in its studios, visitors can get a rare glimpse at artists at work and buy unique items direct from the people who made them.

Its shop is a treasure trove of handmade items from British artists, designers and makers, too, with every purchase helping to directly support craftspeople and the charity itself.

New Brewery Arts offers a variety of weekly classes and craft workshops for adults and children, on everything from watercolour painting to macramé.

It is also home to The Barrel Store - a cosy hostel boasting beautiful crafty features throughout, from woollen throws to handmade light shades; and the dog-friendly Glaze Café, which serves breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake.

New Brewery Arts is open from 9am to 5pm on Monday; 10am to 5pm on Tuesday; and 9am to 5pm Wednesday to Saturday.
