Ian Drury, Bristol

I've been on the railway dozens of times over the years and would recommend a visit to anyone. Especially when the weather is nice like today and you can get a good view of the hills. 23 April 2009

Richard Bates, Kemble

I got some terrific snaps of the steam trains at GWR last spring and am looking foward with great excitement for the new season to start at this fantastic railway. I really, really love visiting - especially when an event is on. Give it a go! 5 February 2009

Willem van Hoof, Uden The Netherlands

Great experience. Took the trip together with my wife and a friend from Cheltenham. Really love the way you British preserve those old trains. 21 August 2008

Carol Fendt, Tewkesbury

The whole family enjoy the trip. For the last two years we have seen Father Christmas on the train and had lots of fun. My children are aged seven, five and nearly three. 21 March 2008

Jeff, Cheltenham

I visited the railway with my parents when I was just a nipper, and although my little ones are very young will be taking them along very soon. GWR is a beautiful, historic addition to Gloucestershire and would highly recommend a visit. 20 March 2008
