I've always enjoyed taking my grandkids to Prinknash - it is, as you say, a chance for them to run wild and get some fresh air in the countryside. I was under the impression the bird park had closed down though... now that I know it hasn't, I'll be packing the children in the car for a day out again soon! 22 May 2008
