Claire Lane, Birmingham

Visited a couple of weekends ago with my two children: one a tearaway 5-year old, and his 2-year old sister. We had a really good time. It's really rural spot right in the middle of the forest, and as we were visiting from Birmingham - we made the most of the outdoor spaces.

Loads to do for the kids. Even though it is quite small we managed to spend a day playing with the animals, making Easter cards and following an enchanted trail around the whole site. Best for younger kids (I would say under 10) but good for us grown ups too. 11 April 2008
