Formed in 2010 by a group of well seasoned musicians with a ‘mutual love for gritty, sexy, low down rock and roll’, Black Russian has enjoyed a succession of successful live shows and is set to add Cafe Rene to the list again this April.

Playing the popular Gloucester venue on Friday 13 April 2012, audiences can expect to hear an exciting new spin on authentic hard rock, with all five members of the band bringing their own unique and varied influences to the table.

As well as the release of debut EP ‘Drag Me Into Your World’, Black Russian has entertained gig-goers from Manchester to London, including the O2 Academy 3 in Birmingham, and gained attention from Kerrang! magazine and BBC Hereford and Worcester.
