Keep the whole family entertained at Gloucester Quays during the Easter holidays, with its seasonal Springfest celebration promising two weeks of seasonal entertainment and events.
Setting up in Gloucester from Saturday 8 to Sunday 23 April 2017, Springfest will feature plenty of family fun with an Adventure Zone, Bunny Run, and Easter Weekend Spring Market all part of the egg-citing programme.
SoGlos has picked out its highlights below, for the full round up visit gloucesterquays.co.uk directly.
From Good Friday until Easter Monday, shoppers can get their dose of retail therapy at the artisan market, which will boast a plethora of stalls selling everything from plants, jewellery and outdoor furniture, to flowers, crafts and sweet treats.
Aside from the shopping, visitors can look forward to a vintage fun fair with traditional rides such as a helter skelter, mini carousel, and old tyme swing boats, while there will also be a spring-themed mini golf attraction.
Youngsters can get their pulses racing in the Adventure Zone which promises plenty of egg-citing fun, with the chance to reach for the sky on the high ropes climbing challenge; tackle the ninja assault course; or tunnel through some very realistic caves, with a head torch for the full explorer experience.
Meanwhile, for those who enjoy more relaxed activities, there will be a host of more gentle lawn games available, promising fun in the sun without testing your nerves.
Eagle-eyed children can enjoy hunting fun throughout Gloucester Quays, picking up a map from the customer service desk and taking part in the Bunny Run. What’s more, those who complete the Easter trail and spot all of the Easter bunnies can collect a small sweet prize.
