Rendcomb College’s Sixth Form will be welcoming visitors during its autumn Open Evening, when parents and prospective pupils can find out more about this thriving independent school.

Rendcomb College will be inviting prospective students and their parents to its Sixth Form Information Evening on Friday 10 November 2017, offering the chance for guests to gain a real insight into life at the leading independent school.

Visitors can meet with the college’s heads of departments and discuss A Level options, while guests can also experience the school’s Sixth Form facilities first-hand, including its Independent Living House, which offers a unique opportunity for pupils to prepare for life after school.

Located within 230 acres of stunning Cotswold countryside, visitors will be welcomed by the Head of College and Head of Sixth Form, before embarking on tours of the Sixth Form provision, not to mention enjoying drinks and canapés throughout the evening.

There will also be an A Level subject exhibition held by the heads of department, offering an insight into its developing and evolving curriculum, which boasts 24 subjects covering core areas such as Science and English, and extending to new subjects including Travel and Tourism BTEC and Product Design.

Rendcomb College’s Sixth Formers can expect an excellent education, with previous students having gained top A Level results, while the school also helps pupils to develop leadership skills through sport and outdoor education.

Students can also get a taste of life beyond school in the stylish Sixth Form Cottage, Garden House, a specialist living space to prepare students for university life.
