Happy families can get ready for some spectacular springtime entertainment from The Cavalry of Heroes on Easter Sunday, when jousting returns to Sudeley Castle by popular demand.

Riding into the Winchcombe attraction on Sunday 1 April 2018, The Easter Joust promises to be an amazing display of heroic action, with energetic and skilled performances from the horses and the experienced horsemen.

Blending theatre and horsemanship, the event will also feature royal appearances from King Henry VIII and ladies of his court who will oversee the exciting show.

What’s more, to warm up the majesty and his crowds, there will be fantastic falconry flight displays before the jousting, offering a dazzling spectacle – and visitors also have the chance to see the birds resting before and after their performances.

Sure to bring history to life at Sudeley Castle, this ever-popular event is set to be a highlight of the Easter holidays for families from far and wide.
