Christmas family fun at Montpellier Gardens

A visit from Santa, donkey rides, and more are expected to draw in the crowds this Sunday, when a Christmas family fun day is held at Montpellier Gardens in Cheltenham.

A Christmas family fun day is being held at Montpellier Gardens in Cheltenham on Sunday 20 December 2009, where all ages can take part in a host of festive activities free of charge.

There will be rodeo reindeer, Christmas arts and crafts, and the chance to take a ride on a donkey, not to mention bouncy castles, a huge slide and obstacle course for kids to clamber on.

Santa will also be the guest of honour and in a charitable twist on the usual chance to sit on his knee and ask for a gift, children are being invited to bring presents for Father Christmas this time – as he will be distributing the donations to a children’s charity.
