Cheltenham Christmas lights switch on

The Cheltenham Christmas lights will feature a festive parade once again in 2011, with live music, Trigger the Train and street entertainment adding to the family entertainment.

Taking place on Saturday 19 November 2011, Santa will be at the Regent Arcade for the Christmas lights switch on at 5.15pm and at the Beechwood Shopping Centre for the switch on at 5.30pm.

Santa will then board Trigger the Train for the Christmas parade which will depart from the High Street and make its way to The Brewery, with its Christmas lights switched on at 6.30pm.

Beechwood will host activities including face painting, balloon modelling and a rodeo reindeer from 4pm, while The Brewery will be providing the free entertainment from 4pm to 7.30pm. See The Brewery's Christmas Lights Switch On for more information.
