Kids Day at the Spiegeltent

Take a break from the Christmas shopping in Gloucester with the chance to enjoy free fun at the Spiegeltent’s latest Kids Day this Sunday.

Sunday is Kids Day at the Spiegeltent in Gloucester’s King Square, when families will find a host of free entertainment to keep children of all ages entertained.

At 1pm and 3pm, the highlight of the day will be the chance to see Bjorn the Polar Bear, a life-sized puppet, wander among the crowd, with moving eyes, sniffing nose, opening mouth and realistic sound effects. Organisers say: ‘He’s big, but not scary, and kids and grown-ups alike will never forget him!’

There will also be Christmas card-making from 12pm to 3pm, arts and crafts and free face painting with Hobby Tots from 1pm to 3pm and a performance from the Gloucester Fireflies Cheerleaders at 1pm, as well as the chance to visit Santa’s Magical Post Office, and see it ‘snowing’ on the hour every hour.
