Lambing Live at Cotswold Farm Park

Event ended

With spring just about to be sprung, Cotswold Farm Park will be just one of the Gloucestershire farms expecting a new batch of baby sheep to be born 2011 – visitors can get in on the action on one of the popular Lambing Live days.

Lucky visitors to Cotswold Farm Park may catch the birth of lambs this spring.

Visitors of all ages will be keeping their fingers firmly crossed for the chance to see a lamb being born at Cotswold Farm Park this spring, at the 2011 series of Lambing Live days being held at the Gloucestershire family attraction.

Based in Guiting Power, near Cheltenham, the farm park is open to members of the public throughout the year and is home to an unrivalled collection of rare breeds of British farm animals including sheep, cattle, pigs, goats, horses, poultry and waterfowl.

This spring, Cotswold Farm Park staff will be on hand throughout the day to give talks about lambing and answer any questions budding sheep farmers may have.

Plus, there’s also expected to be more chances to join in the twice daily bottle feeding sessions in 2011, if you’re really lucky.

Please note, the dates listed here apply to the opening fortnight of this event. Full dates for this event are Saturday 19 March to Saturday 2 April 2011.
