Gloucester Zombie Walk
Prepare to be spooked, as Gloucester city centre is taken over by hundreds of zombies for a special Halloween event organised by Cafe Rene.
If you’re out and about in Gloucester this Saturday 29 October 2011, prepare for a sight to behold as hundreds of Halloween-fans will be clad in zombie-themed fancy dress and enjoying a spooky stroll through the city centre – led by the ‘Renegade Crew’ from Cafe Rene.
Inspired by similar large-scale events which take place every year in the likes of London, Brighton and Manchester, organisers are hoping the Gloucester Zombie Walk will be fun for all members of the family for a second-year running – including children and well-behaved four-legged members.
While full details of the afternoon’s proceedings were still to be confirmed, the Gloucester Zombie Walk Facebook event page already had well over 400 confirmed guests at the time of writing.
The event will be free to attend, but collections will be made for a nominated charity.
Providing the chance to don ghoulish costumes complete with plenty of fake blood and face paint, don’t miss the chance to take part in a Halloween highlight for Gloucestershire.
