SoGlos.com has teamed-up with Longborough Festival Opera to offer readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to see the special one-off performance of the concert An Italian Serenade on Sunday 12 July 2009.

Starting at 3pm, An Italian Serenade will be conducted by Gianluca Marcianò, with artists appearing including Stephanie Corley, Catriona Barr and Julian Tovey in a concert featuring work by Bellini, Donizetti, Mozart, Puccini and Verdi.

As well as the An Italian Serenade concert, Longborough’s 2009 season includes new productions of The Marriage of Figaro and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a fresh staging of Carmen and a Young Artists Production of La Boheme. Read more about Longborough Festival Opera 2009.

Tickets for An Italian Serenade cost between £50 and £100 and can be booked in advance by calling the Longborough Festival Opera box office on (01451) 8302923.
