Art students on the television series School of Saatchi will be shown visiting Sudeley Castle in Winchcombe this forthcoming week, where they will be competing to create artworks to sit alongside the Old Masters within Sudeley’s luxurious apartments.
The next episode of the popular BBC Two series that follows six unknown artists as they compete to become Charles Saatchi’s next protégée, will be aired on Monday 7 December 2009 at 9pm.
The latest instalment will show Lady Ashcombe, Henry and Mollie Dent-Brocklehurst allowing the artists to remove objects and artworks from three rooms within the private apartments of the Gloucestershire castle, and replace them with contemporary pieces.
