New Brewery Arts in Cirencester offers the opportunity to watch working artists and craft workers, as well as see regular arts and crafts exhibitions, and take part in classes and workshops.

The creative hub is home to two galleries which showcase an impressive range of work by artists, makers, craftsmen and designers, with the free exhibitions taking place in both the Main and Pop-Up Gallery.

To learn more about local designers visit the Makers’ Studios, where visitors can meet the talented people behind the work, buy beautifully crafted pieces directly from independent artists, or commission bespoke work.

The centre’s craft shop offers the ideal spot to pick up hand-crafted gifts for the home, unusual jewellery, or unique art, while the on-site café is perfect for morning coffees, light lunches and afternoon teas.

The specialist education studios at New Brewery Arts provide space for a diverse calendar of workshops and courses with the choice of subjects spanning millinery, creative writing, ceramics, stained glass, printmaking, watercolour painting, and much more.

New Brewery Arts offers dedicated courses for kids aged five to 16 years, along with a regular Saturday club, creative after school sessions, weekend and holiday activities, while it also provides space to hire for children’s birthday parties.

The arts centre also benefits from on-site accommodation, with the 14 rooms in The Barrel Store offering a simple yet stylish place to stay in the heart of the Cotswolds.
