The historic collection of more than 3,000 different tree and shrub species was started in 1829 and covers 600 acres, providing an inspiring place to relax, get back to nature and indulge your senses during all four seasons.
Westonbirt Arboretum hosts a calendar of special events for all the family throughout the year, there are guided walks and self-guided trails to explore, as well as an array of workshops to get involved with.
Plus, there’s also a children’s Exploratree play area, café, plant centre and gift shop to visit for a truly spectacular day out in Gloucestershire’s great outdoors.
