The fifth annual North Cotswold CAMRA Beer Festival will once again be taking place at Moreton-in-Marsh Cricket Club from Friday 28 to Saturday 29 September 2012, and promises a fine weekend out for real ale and music lovers alike.
With festival sponsors including the likes of Bourton-on-the-Water’s Mousetrap Inn, Cheltenham’s Craven Arms, the local Horse and Groom, Redesdale Arms and Inn on the Marsh pubs, not to mention Wye Valley and North Cotswold Breweries, Gloucestershire beer and ale connoisseurs can be sure to find their favourite tipple here – with more than 40 lined up to choose from.
Entry costs just £3 per day, with an additional fee of £2 per person for a souvenir glass to fill with all the pale ales and dark stouts you like, which you can take home to keep as a memento, or return for a refund of £1.
There will be plenty of food and entertainment in store too, with North Wiltshire rock trio The Worried Men set to unleash its fresh approach to the rhythm and blues genre upon the beer-swilling crowd at 8.30pm on the Friday, while on the Saturday festival-goers can look forward to live music from Big Bad Wolf and pop covers from ZOOL from 2.30pm and 8.30pm respectively.
