Cue dramatic music! Sandford Parks Lido will be screening the classic horror film, Jaws this summer, set to terrify local swimmers and film lovers on Friday 7 September 2018.

Brought to the Lido by open air cinema company, Cult Screens, the original summer blockbuster will see movie-goers at the edge of their unique and comfortable seats, which include deckchairs, single and double bean bags.

Based on Peter Benchley’s novel, and dubbed one of the truly great and lasting classics, Jaws has been giving its audiences a deep fear of the ocean for over 40 years, with the iconic film showing a giant, man-eating great white shark terrorise beach-goers on Amity Island – good job it’s taking place near the end of Sandford Park Lido’s swimming season!
