If you fancy adding a touch of French savoir faire to your culinary creations, or a dash of Dutch or a pinch of Portuguese for that matter, look no further than the popular international street market when it opens in Cheltenham on Thursday 2 to Monday 6 May 2013.
Spanning 24 stalls, the market represents countries from around the world, according to organisers, including ‘Turkish Baklavas, Belgian macaroons, fresh French Viennoiserie to Kenyan fair-trade trinkets, surprising Caribbean dishes as well as Peruvian Alpaca and woollen clothing.’
Kitchens the county over can be brimming with fine cheeses, fresh bread and mouthwatering pastries and sausages after a visit to the Long Gardens in Cheltenham during the five-day festivities, with a chance for shoppers to also indulge in steaming hot fresh food to takeaway.
