Simple Fish at Harts Barn

Beginning with a talk on the sustainability, classification and seasonality of certain types of fish, this class will give beginners hands-on experience in cooking with fish, from gutting a mackerel to exploring recipes such as Goan fish curry, grilled sardines and smoked mackerel pate – with plenty of tastings and complimentary drinks lined up.
