Zizzi Gloucester Quays restaurant opening

Italian chain Zizzi will be opening a new restaurant at Gloucester Quays, this November.

Contemporary Italian chain Zizzi will be opening a new restaurant at Gloucester Quays, due to officially open on Saturday 16 November 2013.

The new eaterie will be joining restaurants including Ed’s Easy Diner, Nando’s and Pizza Express, bars such as Portivo Lounge, as well as a selection of coffee shops already at Gloucester Quays.

According to the Zizzi website, the new restaurant is ‘designed taking inspiration from Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean’s timber history,’ and diners can ‘expect to be blown away with its unique and locally inspired interior’.

Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, Zizzi Gloucester Quays’ menu spans popular Italian staples such as pizza, calzone, pasta, salads and risotto, as well as gelato and a dedicated children’s menu.

Launched in 1999 with its first restaurant in Chiswick, Zizzi now has more than 100 restaurants across the UK – with the new Gloucester Quays location a second opening for the chain in Gloucestershire, joining the popular Cheltenham restaurant in Suffolk Square.
