The lowdown: After 12 years of working in event catering, Wesley Birch founded his own Cotswold business with the launch of Birch Catering in 2012. Wesley, and his business partner Kylie Hughes, draw on their culinary backgrounds to create tempting dishes that use local and seasonal produce where possible.
