Promising a tasty treat this autumn, keen cooks can head to Hawkwood College for a scrumptious Superfoods Workshop covering the many health benefits of raw chocolate.

Whipping up a storm in the kitchen on Saturday 11 November 2017, visitors will create delicious dairy-free treats, chocolate bars, a no-cook chocolate cake and also try their hand at making some festive tasty treats.

What’s more, guests will also have an expert insight into the nutritional benefits of raw chocolate from wellness coach, Lisa Sture, as she discusses alternative natural sweeteners and how chocolate can even improve your mood.
