Local stretching aficionado David Rawlings will be hosting another one of his popular classes on Sunday 15 January 2012, entitled Space to Stretch: Feel More Flexible.
Class participants will be given the chance to devote time to exploring their flexibility, with David commenting: ‘Regular stretching could improve our posture, our range of movement, as well as the quality of our movement.’
Stretching can help to ease minor injuries, aches and pains – as well as prevent them – and the class will allow everyone to experience a wide range of stretches, with the active and flowing sequences moving you deeper into each stretch.
Feedback from previous classes has included ‘I loved the wide range of stretches and movements we did and felt everything flowed together’ and ‘It was wonderful to see the change from starting the exercise with a small range of movement to progressing quickly to deeper stretches’.
Now a firm favourite with SoGlos.com’s readers and attracting plenty of regulars, don’t miss this unique local stretching event and the chance to devote time to exploring your flexibility.
