2000 Trees Festival
Tickets on sale now – 2000 Trees Festival 2010 returns to the Cheltenham countryside for the fourth year running, with live music fans from across Gloucestershire expected to flock to the small but perfectly-formed summer festival once again.
Tickets for the annual 2000 Trees Festival have now gone on sale, with the Gloucestershire music festival taking place in Upcote Farm in Withington, near Cheltenham, on Friday 16 to Sunday 18 July 2010.
Folk-punk hero Frank Turner and Your Twenties will headline 2000 Trees Festival in 2010, with acts confirmed so far also including experimental rock outfit 65 Days of Static, NME’s Best New Band 2010 Bombay Bicycle Club, Metronomy, The Xcerts, Crazy Arm and local heroes Jim Lockey and the Solemn Sun as part of the 60 live acts who will be entertaining music fans for two days of music on three stages.
Offering an eclectic mix of music from rock, metal and indie to folk, pop and the downright strange, the bijou Gloucestershire music festival has now become a highly-anticipated highlight of county festival-goers’ summer schedules – a popularity which is owed largely to the diverse line-up of live acts and a move away from commercialism.
Attracting more than 1,500 revellers from across Gloucestershire and beyond last year, the summer of 2010 for the 2000 Trees Festival already looks bright.
2000 Trees tickets, costing £50, are on sale now directly from seetickets.com.
