While Gloucester Guildhall regularly plays host to an impressive line-up of live music acts from across Gloucestershire, the UK and beyond, the venue’s monthly Musiclab open mic night is the perfect opportunity for seasoned performers and budding musicians alike to take to the stage for themselves.

Performers are warmly welcomed to get up and do their thing during the nights, to try out new sounds or make their debut on-stage appearance in a rendition of acoustic, rock, blues, hip-hop or anything in-between. Gloucester Guildhall provides the PA and audience, so performers only need to worry about ideas and inspiration.

Spectators are also welcome to come along and watch, be inspired, make new friends or perhaps even form a band. And who knows, taking place in the relaxed surrounds of Gloucester Guildhall’s Victorian cinema and attracting a varied crowd from across the county and beyond, you might be one of the first people to witness the next big thing…
