First Degree Burns at Cafe Rene

A sizzling night of live music is promised when the First Degree Burns gig ‘hots up’ at Cafe Rene.

While the comical puns may come thick and fast for a band entitled First Degree Burns, what music fans want to know is how good the Bristol boys actually sound live – which Cafe Rene’s crowds will soon be able to discover.

Described as playing a mix of hip hop, reggae and ska, the south west collective of eight talented musicians will be playing at the Gloucester venue on Friday 27 January 2012.

With influences ranging from France to Jamaica, don’t miss body-moving original highlights including ‘Rootin’ and Lootin’’ to the more laid back sounds of Francophile-rap ‘Evolutionary’ in what promises to be scorching night of music at Cafe Rene.

Plus, the event also marks Jojo from Cafe Rene’s birthday – meaning all the more reason to get out on the town for this Friday night spectacular.
