The prestigious Cheltenham Town Hall will once again be welcoming some the UK’s finest classical musicians, conductors and orchestras to its stage for the new season of the Cheltenham Concert Series 2012 – 2013.
Beginning on Tuesday 11 September 2012 and running all the way up to Wednesday 22 May 2013, the latest season promises to wow audiences with world-class music from nine of the country’s most acclaimed orchestras, in a total of 10 concerts.
Concertgoers can look forward to seeing the Oxford Philomusica perform for the first time at the venue, as well as welcome returns from the likes of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, The Hallé and many more.
With themes of hunting and romance on the cards, solos featuring violins, trumpets and clarinets, and works from greats including Mozart, Bach, and Beethoven lined up, we’re certain that there will be something to suit all tastes and walks of life in this year’s Concert Series.
Tickets for each concert range between £10 and £30, with discounts available for half- and full-series ticket bookings, and are available to buy through cheltenhamtownhall.org.uk.
