Gloucester Guildhall is situated in the heart of the city and offers an eclectic programme of theatre performances, music gigs and comedy nights, with a number of big name acts taking to the stage throughout the year.

The venue attracts both well-known and up-and-coming music talent, with Turin Brakes, Stornoway, Wheatus, and The View just some of the acts to have graced the Guildhall stage.

Comedy fans won’t be disappointed with the stellar line-up that offers audiences the chance to catch laugh-out-loud stand-up comedians live in Gloucester, with past performers including Alan Carr, Jimmy Carr, Noel Fielding and Catherine Tate.

Theatre-lovers are also catered for, with everything from live Shakespeare screenings to family-friendly pantos, while its annual Strike A Light festival champions local performers and artists.

Visitors will find both classes and workshops on offer, along with a range of talks and touring exhibitions, while Gloucester Guildhall also benefits from a bustling café-bar and a diverse selection of film screenings at its cinema.
