This vessel, moored at Alexandra Quay, is also available for wedding receptions and private celebrations of all kinds. Showboat Nights feature a traditional English three-course set dinner and live music in a mature nightclub setting. Music styles include swing, blues, Rat Pack, pop, jazz and cabaret with a line-up of great talent from around the region such as Cate Cody, Ain’t Misbehavin’, the Bob Reynolds Jazz Band and many others. Showboat nights will appeal to adults looking for good quality dining with entertainment at a reasonable price. Bookings must be made in advance and on most occasions the price is only £17.50 per person. The Oliver Cromwell also offers a unique venue for wedding receptions and private celebrations. A range of catering is available, while the main saloon has a bar, stage, dance floor and saloon restaurant for up to 80 people – with superb views over the historic Gloucester Docks.
