DJ Yoda in Cheltenham
Mix master DJ Yoda will be scratching at Subtone nightclub in Cheltenham, this September.
Described as ‘one of the ten DJs to see before you die’ by Q Magazine, DJ Yoda will gracing Gloucestershire with his presence on Friday 3 September 2010, when he embarks on giving the crowds a unique set at Cheltenham nightclub Subtone.
Touted as no ordinary scratch DJ, DJ Yoda’s How To Cut & Paste series is said to have showcased a tongue-in-cheek mixing style that not only brought him global fans, but armfuls of accolades too.
Starting out by re-scoring The Goonies and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off on the festival circuit in 2003 and 2004, DJ Yoda’s signature remixes becoming a cult phenomenon, with Cut & Paste spin-offs varying from 30s remixes and country collaborations.
Expect an eclectic, electrifying and utterly entertaining night at Subtone this September, and Cheltenham’s clubbers will not be disappointed.
