Gloucestershire College student Martin Frings has been out and about in Cheltenham doing his homework, and we think this local snapper certainly make the grade.
Currently studying for a National Diploma in Photography at Gloucestershire College, SoGlos.com reader Martin Frings says ‘I prefer shooting at night because the pictures are much more interesting, and it’s quieter’ – with his recent shots of Cheltenham after the sun sets capturing the town in a very different light.
‘Ideally I would like to pursue a career in photography, but it’s early days yet,’ Martin said. With shots incorporating an eerie use of contrast, a dazzling display of night lights at Danter’s Funfair and perspective making Eagle Tower look like something out of a nightmare, we’re confident this local snapper will go all the way…
