The Saul Canal Festival is a firm favourite on the annual Gloucestershire events calendar, with thousands turning up in July 2008 to take part in this year’s festivities.
Visitors to the event were treated to a huge boat gathering, Folk on the Water, craft and marine market, real ale bar and plenty of family fun, with funds raised assisting in the restoration of the Cotswold Waterways.
