Mango restaurant opening at The Brewery
News – Mango, the newest restaurant at The Brewery in Cheltenham, officially opened fresh for the Gold Cup crowds this March.
Cheltenham’s newest Indian restaurant Mango opened its doors just in the nick of time to feed some of the thousands of hungry mouths pouring out of Cheltenham Racecourse after The Festival, when it officially opened on Monday 9 March 2009.
The modern restaurant – complete with an open kitchen so diners can watch their food being prepared using a Tandoori oven and traditional grill – is situated opposite Après, adding to the international flavour of The Brewery, which is already home to American, Portuguese, Chinese, Mexican and Italian restaurants.
With Indian curries officially being voted some of the British Isle’s most-loved dishes, Mango will be hoping to attract a popular following to its reasonably priced sub-continental buffet-style restaurant – with a menu which the proprietors promise ‘includes everyone’s favourite Indian dishes’.
