Santa’s Elves Sunday Lunches in Cheltenham
Enjoy a traditional Sunday lunch in Cheltenham while the kids listen to Christmas stories from Santa’s elves, at The Montpellier Chapter Restaurant.
The Montpellier Chapter’s Sunday lunches have been gaining quite the reputation in recent months, and if you still haven’t given them a try for yourself now’s the perfect time, as the Cheltenham venue plays host to three special December events featuring Santa’s elves.
On Sunday 4, 11 and 18 December 2011, while grown-ups will enjoy tucking into their two- or three-course traditional Sunday roast, children will get the chance to listen to one of Santa’s elves reading Christmas stories.
Highlights from the restaurant’s previous Sunday lunch menus have included first courses of smoked salmon with capers, terrine of pork and bacon with green peppercorns, or Roquefort and pear salad with honey and walnut vinaigrette.
Main courses, served with a sumptuous selection of roast potatoes and garden vegetables, have included roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast chicken with sausage and bacon roll, and steamed fillet of hake with grilled pepper.
While past puddings have taken in the likes of family apple crumble with vanilla custard, treacle tart with clotted cream, and orange crème caramel.
Offering a great value Sunday lunch at an excellent Cheltenham restaurant, plus the chance for children to enjoy a magical Christmas experience at the same time, book now before places run out as part of this festive highlight.
