New Year's Eve at Monty’s in Cheltenham

Live music from local favourite Vince Freeman, not to mention a seven-course celebration menu, await New Year’s Eve party-goers at Monty’s in Cheltenham.

The recently refurbished Monty’s Brasserie and Cocktail Bar will be the setting for a special New Year’s Eve celebration this Saturday 31 December 2011, where guests are invited to join the exclusive party atmosphere.

The Cocktail Bar will be playing host to local favourite Vince Freeman, famous for his blend of foot stomping soul and heartfelt ballads, who will be entertaining party-goers with his guitar playing and distinctive vocals until late.

The venue’s bartenders will be mixing up an array of handcrafted and expertly-created cocktails – with glasses of champagne and prosecco expected to be flowing too.

Monty’s Brasserie, meanwhile, will be offering New Year’s Eve guests the chance to enjoy a celebration seven-course dinner, specially prepared by the venue’s award winning chefs.

Start with canapés and prosecco on arrival, before enjoying butternut squash and sweet potato veloute, followed by seared scallop with Cornish crab, lobster rosti and lemon foam. Then there’s the beetroot and maple syrup cured salmon gravadlax, roasted fillet of Angus beef, an assiette of desserts and, last but not least, coffee and petit fours.
