Ultimate Valentine's Gourmet Break at Lords of the Manor

Food lovers will be hot-footing it to Lords of the Manor’s Michelin-starred restaurant for a seven course feast and more, during the Cotswold hotel’s indulgent Ultimate Valentine’s Gourmet Break.

There’s the chance for couples to spend the most romantic time of the year surrounded by rolling Cotswolds countryside at Lords of the Manor during February 2012, with decadent food and popping champagne completing the Ultimate Valentine’s Gourmet Break.

Situated in the village of Lower Slaughter, included in the luxury hotel’s romantic package is two night’s accommodation and breakfast in one of the Rectory Rooms – which promises wonderful views across the former 17th century rectory’s pristine gardens.

A bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne will be awaiting guests in their room on arrival, with a red rose adding a touch of romance to the occasion.

As well as tucking into Champagne afternoon tea during your stay, foodies will also be served a seven-course tasting menu accompanied by fine wines chosen by the hotel’s sommelier on one evening of the stay, as well as dinner from the Michelin-starred a la carte menu on the other evening.

And with eight acres of landscaped gardens and rolling parkland to explore at Lords of the Manor, there will be plenty of ways to leisurely burn off the calories in glorious surroundings with a hand-in-hand stroll.
