The Place at Gloucester Guildhall is both an indoor and outdoor café-bar, with the indoor area open all-year-round, and the pavement café open from July to August, weather permitting.

Indoors visitors can expect to enjoy fresh, homemade soups, hot meals, sandwiches, baguettes, jacket potatoes and a range of hot and cold drinks, with free Wi-Fi for customers, open from 10.30am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. The Place reopens in the evening from, 7pm to 11pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Outdoors the pavement café opens from 10am to 3pm Mondays to Saturdays, from Monday 7 July to Saturday 30 August, directly outside Gloucester Guildhall, with a fresh summer menu including salads, baguettes and wraps, cakes, snacks and a range of hot and cold drinks.
