Superb food but it was the exceptional service and unique setting that makes the Daffodil stand out as one of the best restaurants in Cheltenham. First class. 7 September 2009

Such a beautiful and unusual venue, it was a pleasure to dine there for the building alone however both the food and service were also outstanding to the point that my husband is still raving about his coconut rice puddng tart! A fantastic and faultless evening rounded off with coffee and after dinner cocktails in the first floor bar overlooking the restaurant. A truly first class experience and well worth the trip. We shall be back very soon! 24 June 2009

What a wonderful night at The Daffodil. I love the food and ambiance and especially the free Jazz to diners on a Monday night with some great artistes. It is worth a visit, especially if you like cocktails as well! 22 September 2008

David, Cheltenham

I've heard great things about Daffodil but every time I've called it's sadly been an answering machine - and I'd much rather speak to a human! Still, I'm going to persist in booking a table and by all accounts am in for quite a treat. Will try to remember to leave a proper review... 8 July 2008

My favourite restaurant in Cheltenham is the Daffodil on Suffolk Parade - I love the 1920s art deco decor, I love the live jazz they sometimes have there and I love, love, love their creme brulee. And while my credit card might not love the prices I think for a quality evening out it's not badly priced either. 5 September 2007
