My partner and I visited this restaurant after hearing lots of good reviews about it, sadly I was quite disappointed. The Balti was very bland and the atmosphere was very tense, as though the staff would rather you eat elsewhere which was odd. The juice was also watered down, and the chutney tray was disappointing. Having said that the Dupiazza was delicious. 18 May 2008

This BYOB Indian restaurant on Bath Road is becoming a bit of an institution. The curries are great (not just the chicken tikka masalla!) and there's always a good atmosphere. It isn't as cheap as it used to be since it has been rennovated, and the staff can be a bit shirty at times, but it is always busy - a good sign of a popular eatery if there ever was one. 14 August 2007
