A swarm of competitors will take part in the 21st annual Cheltenham Triathlon on Sunday 10 September 2017 – with all funds going to the Leukaemia and Intensive Chemotherapy Fund (LINC) and Sandford Parks Lido charities.
Competitors aged 17 and over will need to grab their goggles for the swimming leg of this highly popular sporting event which will see competitors front-crawling 10 lengths of Sandford Parks Lido’s 50-metre outdoor pool to complete the 500 metre distance.
Next, it’s time for helmets for the 13-km cycling race, before an energetic 2.5km run through Cheltenham town and the picturesque hills of the Cotswolds completes the triathlon.
Always a popular event year after year, 2017 is sure to be no different, with a sell-out crowd to be expected. So lace up those trainers and don’t delay in getting your name down.
